1995 to Present: Executive
Director, International Crime Free Association
Primarily responsible for International training and
certification of law enforcement officers, city leaders and landlords
adopting any of the Crime Free Programs.
Training is geared to premises liability, safety
and security in apartment communities, condominiums and townhouses,
manufactured housing communities, hotels and motels, shopping malls.
Secondary responsibilities include
conduct research of crime trends, and crime analysis
of towns and cities in the United States and Canada. Research,
develop and conduct crime prevention training for law enforcement agencies
and corporate managers, certifying them in Advanced Crime Prevention
Through Environmental Design (C.P.T.E.D.) principles.
Conduct security surveys of rental properties
related to apartments, townhouses, condominiums, hotels, motels,
manufactured housing communities and self-storage facilities.
Conduct television, radio and newspaper interviews.
Serve as a technical advisor to police chiefs and sheriffs, city managers,
council members, mayors, and property management.
